How to change exposure of raw photos in showfoto ?

Monday, November 3rd, 2008 | digikam, Photo, Photography

Can we change exposure of raw photos in showfoto ? Ufraw gimp-plugins allows me to do this very easily.I.t is called “Exposure compensation in EV” there

In one day of usage this is something I am really missing.

Update:
Found the solution , goto settings, there goto image editor and select “Use Raw import tool for Raw images”

You should checkout f-spot (especially the latest version). It has got a UFRaw plugin

Don’t remember how it was in older versions but in recent you have to change in settings (General) to use import tool and there is appropriate slider in Postprocessing tab.

The white balance tool option has the EV braketing option if needed. The menus should get little better design and I am working the mockup about that. So you dont need to use the RAW import tool if not wanted to get the EV to right side as panel.

I usually use the White balance tool’s EV exposure tool slidebar, sometimes in combination with a slight Gamma increase.
